Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Agricultural Company Maiorano’s production includes the High Quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil certified with two blends obtained from the olives of cultivar Nocellara Messinese, Nocellara del Belice, Carolea and Coratina with hints of Leccino and Biancolilla.
The FogliaVerde, has a more intense flavor and fruity smell and the FogliaOro is more delicate, gentle, but slightly spicy.

Both blends are rich in polyphenols and are characterized by oleic acid content of less than 0.20% , which is far lower than the 0.80% which is the maximum allowed acidity which can be defined as an Extra Virgin oil.
